ShyamsHelp sells digital, downloadable/streamable access — there is no physical shipping involved. This page explains how and when you receive your product.

1. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a direct Google Drive access link to the ShyamsHelp Vault. No physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Access links are typically delivered instantly, and always within 24 hours of successful payment.
• If you do not receive your access link within 24 hours, please check your spam/promotions folder before contacting support.

3. Access Issues

If your Drive link does not work, is restricted, or your email was entered incorrectly at checkout, contact us at shreekc24nic@gmail.com with your payment ID, and we'll resolve it promptly.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your ShyamsHelp Drive Vault purchase. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.

1. Digital Product Notice

ShyamsHelp is a digital product — you receive instant access to a Google Drive folder upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately and the content can be downloaded, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

• You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you experience a genuine technical issue (e.g., the Drive link does not work) that our support team is unable to resolve.
• Refunds are not provided simply due to change of mind once substantial access to the Drive folders has occurred, given the nature of digital, downloadable content.
• Duplicate payments made in error will be refunded in full once verified.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at shreekc24nic@gmail.com with your order/payment ID and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's own processing timelines.

5. Cancellations

As this is a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription), there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. Cancellation requests before Drive access has been shared may be honoured as a full refund at our discretion.
